• Items returned after 7 days of delivery

• Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

🔄 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

• Share photos/videos of the damaged or wrong item

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification

💸 Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
